Our home sits in an ideal location on the 14th hole of Prospector Golf course with a short walk to the lodge and Swiftwater Winery. It's 2460 sq. ft 3 bedroom /2.5 bath floor plan, with one bedroom being a bonus/bunk room/work space. Our well appointed home is ready for your next family gathering, ladies weekend or golf trip. The home features a great room with floating floor to ceiling fireplace complete with a mounted 65 inch cable television, Amazon Prime, Netflix, DVD and comfortable furnishings. The living room boasts a Nana Wall which opens to a covered area complete with seating and gas fire pit. The fully equipped chef style kitchen is open to the great room and dining area and features a 48" gas range, microwave, dishwasher, quartz counters and Kitchen-Aid refrigerator.
Enjoy dinners around our conversation starting reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 10, the kitchen island has seating for 4 or head outside to the patio area for a BBQ where there is seating for 6.
When it does come time to go to bed, relax in comfort in our large main floor master with king bed, Pottery Barn duvet bedding and wall-mounted 50 inch television with Amazon & Netflix streaming, large bathroom with double sinks and rain head shower.
Upstairs quest room has a comfy queen bed with Pottery Barn duvet bedding and 40 inch wall mounted television with Netflix and an en-suite bathroom. Also on the second floor is our unique bonus room/bunk room boasting 4 single mattress bunks and one queen American Leather pull out sofa. All beds have Pottery Barn duvet bedding. This area also has a pool table, office space, Xbox One + games, 55 inch mounted television with cable and 100+DVD movies.
After a fun filled day outside you can access the indoors through a side door mudroom complete with washer and dryer. There is parking in our driveway for 6 vehicles (no garage access). Our home sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

Summary: This is the most well stocked location we have ever stayed at. It is even better than the pictures show (which was already nice looking). We had everything we needed for a thanksgiving meal, spices included. We were able to immediately settle in and enjoy rather than check in and go to the market for a million things that are easily stocked at a VRBO when the owners are great. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Summary: My group of five adults felt comfortable and pampered in this home! Barbara was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was even nicer than in the pictures, probably one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The house was in great condition, spacious and had so many items to meet our needs. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the view from the patio was lovely. Suncadia was a peaceful place to relax, and staying at this property will help ensure a great vacation.

Summary: Barbara was so easy to communicate with as we were planning our weekend. I live in Central Oregon and Sunriver is just down the way from us, but our daughter wanted to go somewhere she hadn't been for a quiet weekend with her wedding party, future Mother In Law and me. Summary: We stayed at this property with our friends. We had a total of 3 kids and 4 adults. The property was a wonderful get-a-way for all. It was comfortable, well stocked and allotted for creation of cherished memories. The property owners were attentive and very responsive. Definitely, a place to return to!

Summary: Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay. The layout and space fit our needs for sleeping accommodations and location. If you aren’t familiar with the Suncadia property, there’s a lot of vehicle and foot traffic as you get closer to the Suncadia Lodge. This home is walking distance to the lodge, however, the home is located on a quiet street with very little to no traffic. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting with your family. The highlight of our stay included wildlife (deer) grazing near the back patio. This was the first time our kiddos were able to see deer this close. Everything about this home is exactly as it was described on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Summary: Amazing house and close to inn and lodge which is where we needed to be for a family wedding. Everything is walkable and the location is perfect. The house and views are also fantastic. House owners were very easy to communicate with and would highly recommend!

Summary: This is the type of home you don’t want to leave. Everything about the rental is quality. It smells good, looks gorgeous, is comfortable & has everything you need for a get away. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had a family gathering of 10 people & there was plenty of space for us all. The property is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show.
