Newly decorated private home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 car garage with ample parking for a boat in the lovely area of Rocky Point of Stuart, FL. Living room sofa pulls out to sleep 2 if needed.
We are following guidelines recommended by VRBO and developed in conjunction with the CDC. We're using disinfectant, spraying the air ducts, changing the filters and disinfecting surfaces that are touched. The house is thoroughly opened to air out and "rest" between guests.
The home is on a dead end street right on the waterway within 10 minutes of Sandsprit Park with boat ramps with direct access to the intracoastal waterway and minutes to the Stuart Inlet. Close to parks and beaches. Pet friendly. 55" new Smart TV, internet and wi-fi connected and 32" TV in master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer in laundry room ( detergent provided). Comfortable beds and fine linens make you feel like you're staying at a 5 star resort. We provide extra toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products. Just pack your bags and you can just relax. We also provide beach chairs and towels for your trip to the beach. Large screened in porch to entertain family and friends. Two, men and woman’s bike, provided which you can ride to Maggy's Hammock Park with hiking trails and swings for kids. Mid-Rivers park is also a 5 minute drive away with fishing piers and a view of the Intracoastal waterway. Ideal location for your vacation or get-away.

Summary: This home is located in a quiet residential area with two parks within walking distance which was important to us and our dog. We really enjoyed the quietness of the area and use of the parks. The closest restaurants are about a 2 mile walk which lead past a harbor where we watched manatees. The host was very responsive to our phone call and helpful.

Summary: House was perfect for the 4 of us visiting our friends who retired here. We had everything we needed. Communications with owner were excellent. Enjoyed the patio room mornings and evenings which was the only time we were in the house. Would rent again. Thanks!

Summary: Great experience. Very nice home that was well furnished and contained well chosen artwork. Was stocked with everything we needed and had a king size bed which was much appreciated. Friendly neighbors. We ended up having dinner with a couple our last night. Located in Port Salerno it was a very short drive to marvelous seafood restaurants on the water. Also two nice parks nearby. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: We had a great time in Florida this week and enjoyed staying here. The house is well-equipped and spacious. The showers have great (almost too great) water pressure, which I loved but it was a little too much for the kids. The neighborhood is nice & quiet, but the neighbors are a bit nosey. I would not plan on sleeping on the pull-out couch, so make sure your party will fit in the three standard beds. There are lots of extra pillows & blankets, and ample closet space. We left behind something important and Sally called to tell me she was mailing it to me. I thought that was incredibly kind! Overall things went well & I would recommend staying here!

Summary: The property and house fit our needs nicely. We were close to everything and we were able to bring our boat. House was well stocked and we cooked a few meals during our stay. The owners allowed us to store our boat one night so ewe could celebrate New Year’s Eve.

Summary: The house worked great for our family of 5 and our 2 small dogs. The location to parks and restaurants is convenient. The yard is not enclosed but was large. The house is very clean and comfortable. Sally was very prompt with booking and check in. Will stay again when visiting family in Stuart!!
