Summary: Indoor space was clean and exactly as pictured. Both bathrooms were very nice and kitchen was fully stocked. Not a lot of space for indoor dining or sitting and watching tv on a rainy day. Outdoor was beautiful. Lots of spaces and places to sit. Perfect size pool to take our 8 month old in. The lagoon was quiet and a short trip over the bridge to the ocean.

Summary: The property was as it is represented in the photos and by the owner/property manager. The atmosphere is homey, and warm and it was clean and comfortable! The location was perfect. It was close enough to the beach for comfort and far enough away to create welcome savings. Shopping nearby is excellent for many things one might need during a stay of a week or so. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The only disappointment I felt during our time in West Beach Haven was losing my prescription glasses in the ocean… ;) Be careful to remember you have glasses on before diving I . The ocean beach on LBI is spectacular…so beautiful….

Summary: House was adorable on the outside. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. Not much sitting room to watch TV together. Downstairs bedrooms were really small, No room to walk. Full size beds not the best but that’s all that would fit in the room. Rooms has no dressers to keep clothes. Couldn’t open closet either as nightstand was in way. Upstairs bedroom was largest one in house with full size bed and bunk beds. Master bedroom upstairs was locked. Upstairs carpet needs to be replaced, has a huge run in it which as covered by a long area rug. Upstairs bathroom was nicest room in house. Multiple video cameras throughout property. That was a little creepy knowing we were beings watched but understandable. Location on Lagoon was perfect and best thing about the house. We spent 95% of time outside. Lovely yard with fire pit, outside bar, outdoor seating, blow up pool and dock. Apparently not getting security deposit back. Being accused of leaving the place a mess. We vacuumed, wiped everything down, removed all trash and made sure all was in order for cleaning crew to come through for next renters. Also accused of letting dogs urinate in upstairs bedroom. However we never let the dogs upstairs as these were the wishes of the owner and discussed upon arrival. I take great offense to being told we left this property in disarray. And take greater offense in him trying to keep the $750 security deposit. Neighbors were all super nice.

Summary: Had a great stay - perfect size space for a family of four. House was very clean and well-kept. Surrounding neighborhood provided plenty of amenities. Very short ride across the bridge to the beaches. Was initially unsure about being lagoon side but think it ended up being a better trip because we explored much more of LBI since we were in the car already.

Summary: The backyard was very comfortable and relaxing. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were very small and no access to storage. Plenty of parking and well stocked kitchen. No linens provided which is unusual for a VBRO but they did have a washer/dryer so I could wash our linens and towels before heading home. Overall- nice place.

Summary: Perfect little beach house getaway with my sister and our kids. Kids are absolutely over the moon when we stay here( minus the splinters from the dock). It definitely will be our annual start of every summer.

Summary: We loved our stay in the house! The backyard was amazing during the day with the small pool for our young children and great at night for my husband and I to grill and chill. Very close to the bridge that brings you to LBI with great beaches and things to do even in this crazy summer of 2020. If you go say hi to their neighbor John for us, he is wonderful!
