Summary: Great home for the entire family. Plenty of inside space with a nice yard for the grandkids. Neighborhood is just right for morning walks. Located within a short drive to three nice beaches.

Summary: This beach house was as described and more! Had a tiny glitch with the stove which was rectified within minutes of me texting the owner Robert. Absolutely spotless and well stocked! Hope to stay there again.

Summary: Everything was just right. Clean well appointed well functioning home in great location - quiet neighborhood with access to beach and a trip across the bridge to Newport and short drive to Block Island Ferry. Lots of good local shops and restaurants are nearby, including farms with local produce. House was stocked with everything the owner advertised, generous with towels and bedding, and beach supplies, and games and even some books. The owner was exceptional with great communication and helpful with all our needs. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Summary: We loved this house. Everything was great. The backyard and multiple fire pits were a huge hit. Robert provided everything we needed including lots of games for the kids. It was a perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Robert is a fantastic host and checked in to make sure everything was great. We enjoyed the quick drive to the beach and the awesome layout/decor. Can’t wait to go back!
