Overlooking a golf course and a lake ringed with a walking track, this beautifully updated 6,300 sqft. executive home offers an environment of restful retreat and relaxation in large, open spaces with wonderfully cozy furniture. Whether it's a family gathering for a wedding or a group of friends, you'll experience both large gathering spaces and small, intimate areas where you can relax and unwind. Large outdoor decks are mosquito free (protected by Mosquito Authority), providing ample space to enjoy Alabama's tropical climate :) A large wet bar near the billiard table and dart board provides guests with a great place to hang out and enjoy free time. Toddlers and kids of all ages with enjoy the many toys and games available - plus there's a lake full of geese and ducks to feed across the street! Each bathroom serves two bedrooms, plus there's a half-bath located near the main living space. Three bedrooms have delightfully comfortable king size beds with sitting areas and large T.V.'s, the fourth bedroom has a trundle bed that can be made up into either one king size or two single beds. The dining room table is hand made and seats 12. The kitchen is newly renovated with walnut countertops and a large quartzite topped island able to seat 6. Baby paraphernalia (sippy cups, high-chair, pack-n-play) is available. The home is protected with an alarm system and keyless entry system.

Summary: The perfect house to grill out and hang out together/play pool. We had a great time. Scott was an awesome host who gave clear directions and answered in a timely manner.

Summary: We were in town for a baseball tournament on Hoover for my son and found this property. The pictures depicted it well but definitely did not do it justice! We just loved the home so much! The stairs can be a little much for the older people in the group but we just had them stay in the bedrooms on the upper level floor. The kitchen was amazing, everything you could possibly need-making me want to update my own kitchen 😃. Our absolute favorite was the patio. From enjoying coffee in the morning to wine in the evening, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and just the overall peacefulness. The home is protected by mosquito authority and we never did see a mosquito so the system works! We enjoyed walks around the lake where we could feed the ducks and the geese and my kids enjoyed the fishing as well. The distance to the baseball fields was 10-15 min and the home was convenient to stores and restaurants. We will definitely return to this home if we are ever in Hoover again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect! It has everything you need and was extremely clean. Perfect location and views. Great TVs and comfy beds. Kitchen was amazing!!!! Already thinking about our next visit. Owners were incredibly accommodating and so nice.

Summary: We rented this house for a weekend to attend a family wedding. There were six of us, plus one grandson. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a nice comfortable deck with a shaded view of the golf course across the street. It was also very well maintained and very clean, and the check in process and entry was seamless. This house is perfect if you have grown kids that are married and/or have kids of their own. Our kids all stayed upstairs, and my wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom off the man cave and bar. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Birmingham for an extended stay.
