Newly renovated four season condo in the heart of Winnipesaukee will have you swimming, fishing, skiing, shopping and all around relaxing. Walking distance to weirs beach and the pier! No matter the season you can't get closer to the action than in this cozy condo.
2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Bed and bath linens are included.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and many other amenities. Dining area for you and your family/guests. living room offers a new 55" smart television with cable and internet and a comfortable couch with pull out bed. Pack and play and spare cot also included.
Condo has a private covered porch with lake views and a private salt water pool with a beautiful patio and 2 gas grills our guests can utilize. Immaculate grounds throughout the association offer a playground for the kids and a tennis court. Rental comes with 2 off street parking spots.
Walk to weirs beach and the pier where the Mount Washington cruises and tiki boat cruises depart from. Very short car ride to favorite places like Gunstock,
NH Bank Pavilions , Funspot, mini golf, go carts, restaurants and shopping outlets.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor (stairs involved) and unfortunately is NOT handicap accessible
We are a NON SMOKING but the property association allows smoking . Meaning, there is the possibility of smelling smoke from another unit inside the building . We as owners clean, disinfect and use air purifiers to do our best not to let this happen during your stay.

Summary: Perfect! This condo is exactly what the owner says it is. Walk to Weirs beach. No lake view, which was fine as we pretty much just slept there, but he never ever said it was lake view. Impeccably clean and super comfortable bed. Very quiet complex. Close to everything and plenty of ample parking. Would come back in a heartbeat. Jay was quick to answer any questions and provided some great dining recommendations.

Summary: Our stay was good. We checked in Friday but Friday night I fell at Biketemberfest. I fractured my tibia in 3 locations. So if you have any medical issues lots of stairs inside and outside. Unfortunately due the stairs and pain of my injury my husband and myself had to leave Saturday before the Styx concert we were up there for. Our friends stayed. The condo was nicely updated and wished we could’ve stayed. I believe I left one sneaker behind in the haste of leaving. Hope no one has my experience…lol

Summary: Very nice place, only minutes from Bank of NH Pavilion and just up the street from Weirs Beach. Had a question of the property owner (Jason) who immediately answered his phone and was easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.

Summary: We were a multi generation group seeking to catch that last weekend of summer at beautiful Lake Winnipausakee- 4 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were spacious, individual bathrooms attached made morning and evening routines a snap. Kitchen, living room and dining areas are clean and modern- open design created a seamless and comfortable arrangement for relaxing.We made good use of the balcony for enjoying our first cup of coffee to start our day- all in all this condo has everything you need for that perfect vacation- we highly recommend!!!

Summary: My girls and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit looked beautiful inside with new floors, adorable decor in the living room, and a nice, comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The unit is at the center of everything Weir’s Beach has to offer. I highly recommend this property. I would suggest bringing your own linens as the number of bath towels was limited and the bedding was a little too small and popped off of both beds every night. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely go back.

Summary: The unit was very clean, and the location is within walking distance of Weirs Beach and a short drive to several other locations. The kitchen is stocked nicely, and the bathrooms are a good size. Downside: the balcony is small but nice; however, view of the lake is blocked by trees. There are a lot of steps to get to the condo so anyone with mobility issues should not book. The owner was very responsive. I missed some housekeeping items that were actually listed in the description, and he still was nice enough to accommodate. I would stay here again.
