Summary: Home was in perfect location. Close to the Historic District. Very pet friendly home and location; great places to walk our dog. Host provided clear instructions on how to locate the home and checkin process. House was clean and even though our stay was over a weekend, it was quiet. Plenty of towels - we didn't cook but kitchen seemed stocked with the necessities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: Great set up. Suggest getting lock on basement door so children can't open. Also cabinet door above dishwasher (left side) needs tightened. I suggest stating in info the coffee pot is a single cup maker.

Summary: The property was nestled back in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for my little family. The stairs on the back of the home are a little steep so we used the front door most of the time. If you door dash or Uber you will have to tell them to access the home through the Ally but once we figured that out they got it right away. We had to contact the property manager for new batteries in the thermostat but they took care of it as soon as our message was seen. The location is perfect if visiting Saint Louis and is a short drive over the river.

Summary: Thoughtful details throughout the home: framed instructions in kitchen & living room, kleenex, &double ply toilet paper, towel hooks over the furnace register (warmtowels!),coffee pods,creamer, &sugar, motion light illuminating stairs& porch, porch light left on & the house was warm upon arriving, black wash cloth(makeup transfer after washing face), complimentary shower soap, shampoo,& conditioner, portable crib in master bedroom, the refrigerator was cold and ready to be used, and there's a firestick in the smart TV with remotes. The katy trail access is 10 ft from the back door. 2 block walk to fantastic restaurants & shops. Things to know from (my) a traveler perspective: concrete steep stairs in the rear, concrete stairs in front, not as steep. The pet fee is per pet, and you'll need to message the host before you arrive to pay as VRBO defaults to 1 pet. It wasn't in the listing as of this review. The yard is fenced in, but is shared (garbage too) with the neighbor. They left gates open during our stay. There's also a very short section of fence that pets & maybe kids can get over/through as it's not very secure.The garbage cans are directly under the master bedroom window. The neighbor startled us when tossing put their trash at 7:30am- we reported to the property manager & he responded quickly & appropriately. There's no lock on the basement door- hazard for smaller children. Overall, this is a value & well managed rental.
