It’s now a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse with all the modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, Chef’s gas stove, in unit front load washer and dryer, on demand water heater, and HVac system. The beautiful white quartz island boasts seating for 4 and double sided cabinetry for ample storage. The high ceiling, exposed wood beams and bricks brings elegance and historical sense. The unit has an open floor plan which boasts a view of downtown on one side and Ohio River and the beautiful Simon Kenton bridge on the other. The addition of Trex decking not only offers an expansive outdoor area but even more impressive view of the river and bridge from this 3rd floor unit. This unit is in the heart of the beautiful Maysville Entertainment District. Restaurant, bars, and stores are just a walking distance. Public parking is plenty directly behind the building. This historic unit has a rather steep stairs so I caution anyone who has difficulty climbing up.

Summary: This is by far the best little vrbo in Maysville and elsewhere too! We loved the loft feel, the openness and the balcony too...plus it's newly renovated!! The host is super sweet and extremely prompt with any questions or concerns and most of all genuine. Wforward to staying here again and again

Summary: We came to Maysville from Indiana to celebrate a friend’s birthday whose family is from the area. I found the apartment on Vrbo and it was everything we expected and then some!! Beautiful apartment, quaint neighborhood, wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. I will say the stairs are every bit as steep as everyone describes, but we managed without any issues. I do caution anyone with limited abilities to consider the stairs before booking. Overall, a weekend filled with southern hospitality in a perfect location!

Summary: Perfect place for the two of us to stay while in town for a wedding. Cute shops, food, etc. right down the stairs. Pretty view of the river and Simon Kenton Bridge.

Summary: Hard to believe such a great place is available in the small town I was born and raised in. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were great and helped me out when I needed it. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this place.

Summary: This is a great place to stay in Maysville. The unit has a very nice open layout with the two bedrooms on opposite ends. It was larger than we expected. It's furnished with all you need. Clean, modern, tastefully done. A lot of counter space in the kitchen, and has a gas stove if you like cooking. Conveniently located, we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, museums, and the river. Plus we were able to do a bit of bourbon tasting at some of the local places which was a great introduction for us, being new to the area...and not have to drive! One thing to note as is mentioned in other reviews, there are steep narrow stairs to navigate. Not an issue for us, but may be for some.
