Summary: All in all the property was nice. However the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was gross, the shower was dirty; we had to wear our flip flops while showering. I took pictures but cannot add them here I guess. The bathroom sink was horrible, especially the water faucet. Rest of the house was good and in order. Quiet neighborhood, nice fenced area for our pup & us. Was nice there was a table & chairs outside to sit and enjoy the evening while playing with our dog. If it wasn't for the bathroom being gross I would have rated 5.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable small rental. Kitchen had everything necessary for basic meals. Very quiet neighborhood. Host helped out when an Amazon package didn’t deliver. They are very helpful and on top of communications. Perfect home base for exploring the Dillon area and some fantastic trout fishing.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was just as advertised, it was clean and well stocked. We only used one bed and it was comfortable, maybe a little soft for me but I slept well. The kitchen was stocked with ample glassware, dishes, and silverware. The fridge was pretty new and very clean. We could not find a toaster but that was the only thing we found lacking. The bathroom was clean, with only a shower but plenty of hot water. There is a washer and dryer which was nice to have available. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and I would definitely recommend it for a couple like us or a family.

Summary: Queen bed is only bed that is comfortable for an adult the other beds are not, at best okay for kids.

Summary: It was a nice place, quiet neighborhood, needed a little cleaning in the bathroom shower and the kitchen counter which we took care of, it was roomy, a nice place be at where our dog could run around outside. plenty of room for the 5 of us
