Positive: One of the best accommodations I’ve had the chance to stay in recently – and I travel a lot. For this price range, I was genuinely impressed with everything, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The host welcomed me already on the street and found a suitable spot for my large car, even helping me park it. Then I was kindly greeted by his mother and daughter, who showed me around the house and explained all the amenities. I didn’t even know breakfast was included – they simply asked what I would like and at what time I wanted it prepared. Since I was planning to leave early, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast instead, which was such a nice surprise! They were even so kind as to offer help carrying my suitcase upstairs – which I politely declined, but it just shows the level of service and care they provide. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a shower – and to my delight, the bathroom was spacious, clean, and even had a bathtub where I could properly relax. The room had working air conditioning that cooled it down instantly, plus a Smart TV with Netflix. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping longer than planned. Instead of leaving at 5 AM, I left at 7, and was welcomed downstairs by the son with a beautifully set breakfast table and my takeaway box ready. He also made me probably the best cappuccino I’ve ever had – the foam was perfect, and I immediately asked for a second one. As I was leaving, I got my takeaway breakfast, and he kindly handed me a cold bottle of water for the road. Just wow – incredible service from start to finish. Negative: A lot of noise from the busy road. Unsecured WiFi. But most importantly “shared bathroom”… A shared bathroom is fine if You choose Your self but NOT OK if You expect a private bathroom… Booking.com does not write neither “private” nor “shared” but only use the term “bathroom”, so as a customer You expect your own, and end up buying something You did not want. It is a shared responsibility of Booking.com and the B&B to communicate clearly that is is a “shared” bathroom but they do not do that, maybe to boost the sale but it is false advertisement. Correct the error!

Positive: I liked many things 1) It was a beautiful place 2) It was in a nice neighborhood. 3) The owners were really helpful. I had two awkward requests and all of them were completely satisfied, such as late check in and special food supply. 4) Magnificent breakfast. Excellent taste, quality and choices. Moreover homemade and feel like mom's place. I really loved stracciatella cheese, thought that was mozzarella but was much tastier. 5) Rooms very comfortable and new.

Positive: This is a very comfortable and clean, family-run B&B. I especially enjoyed the hospitable and kind family, and the delicious breakfast. I felt like I was staying with friends. It is a convenient location off of a quiet residential street and in a charming area.
