Positive: I actually booked this room on behalf of my dad. He was very happy with the breakfast and commented that he liked the variety of dishes on offer. The staff were also really helpful. The receptionists were friendly and easy to talk with while the waiters in the restaurant and cafe were always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make the guests happy

Positive: It is a very neat and modern looking building with nice staff. The rooms had suite size. The breakfast has been excellent !
Negative: The rooms are not very welcoming, but appear somewhat cold (white tiles and walls without decoration). The hotel is situated in an industrial settlement. For a business stay, it offers a suitable space to spend the night and still find places for dinner in the evening. The area is nothing for a leisure trip.

Positive: Breakfast in the tastes restaurant was outstanding, with vietnamese, japanese, chinese and western alternatives available. In fact all of the food we had in that restaurant was great and decent value for money (considering it was a hotel restaurant). The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean.
Negative: I stayed in one of the apartment rooms. While it was sizeable and reasonably well equipped, it did miss an iron and ironing table, which were definitely hard to get hold of in the hotel. Also, the maintenance of the hallways needed a bit of work, with spot-painting having resulted in a mosaic of paint in the corridors. Biggest issues for me were the comfort of the bed, which was pretty stiff, the ability to block out light in the bedroom, the curtains didn't quite reach the edges, and the fact that there really isn't much around the hotel within walking distance other than the conference centre. It's a great hotel when you are attending a function or a conference, but I would take a hotel in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City every time for the convenience of being able to walk around and do stuff.
Summary: Functional hotel in excellent location for conferences....but not holidays.
