3 Bedroom House in Collingwood
Bed and Breakfast home for 6 people. Owner will live in the basement as per town of Collingwood law. 2 parking spaces are available to my guests. Perfect place for vacation. Lakeview, mountain view is in 20 min drive, enjoy the clean water beach. The place has lots of entertainments such as winter ski etc. spas are available in the area (Scandinave spa). In summer, biking, hiking, pedal boat, sailing etc. There are good restaurants.
I might be in the basement but I won't be interacting very much and will not be in the 2nd floor. Guests have their privacy bed rooms with inner lock and privacy bathrooms. Rooms and bathrooms are in 2nd floor. I may use the front enterance 1st floor to enter to my basement once or twice per day because I do not have separate entrance for basement. There are some limited break fast items are available. Guests can enjoy the food. please check before you enjoy the food for allergies. I am not responsible for any food allergies. Also please use all equipments such as breakable items are handle with extra care. Use all the breakable cups, plates glases with extra care including knive.
