Positive: I picked the B&B for my Sanya stay based on the online review and pictures. The modern design plus lushly green rooftop garden with koi, African Grey Parrot, and rescue cats sure look like a perfect vacation home. It turned out to be the best vacation stay! When the B&B owners learned that I was originally from north China and have lived in US for 30 years, they cooked every breakfast specifically for my northern buds, from fried fish, Chinese doughnut, stir fried vegetables, rice porridge to farewell dumplings as families do for their beloved onesโ€ฆ The flights to Sanya were booked long before leaving the state. When itโ€™s time to fly, the weather changed unexpectedly. My flights were delayed a big deal, due to severe thunderstorms in between my hometown and Sanya. That situation could drive everyone crazy. However I was not worried too much, because Mr Liu assured me that heโ€™d be picking me up at the airport no matter when I arrived. Here he was at the exit gate waiting for me! It was near four oโ€™clock next morning! !

Positive: This place is beatiful. It is not in the busy area, and itโ€™s surrounded by parks. Very quiet indeed. The room is beatiful, with everything (and more) you need, and the house itself is also stunning. The owners are really nice and looking forward to take care of anything you may need. Even though they donโ€™t speak English, they have this translating machine that works wonderful. You can enjoy your room or their beautiful terrace as you please, and they make you feel at home. And they have 3 lovely cats! Also two parrots, a turtle and fishes. The cats wonโ€™t bother you at all, but they will let you pet them๐Ÿคญ

Positive: This is a charming guesthouse that makes you look forward to returning! Itโ€™s rare to find a city accommodation managed with such dedication. Unlike those places that only provide a code after booking and lack any personal touch, the service here truly deserves a five-star rating. They contacted us shortly after our reservation to share room details and location, along with comprehensive guides on nearby dining, shopping, and attractions, which was incredibly helpful for us as first-time travelers. They even took the initiative to find out when we would be checking in and prepped the air conditioning, so we arrived to a cool and inviting room! Each evening, they coordinated with us about breakfast times for the next day, and the breakfast itself was fantasticโ€”delicious enough for foreign guests like us! Overall, I highly recommend this place!
