Positive: We liked everything about our stay. A super host who was very helpful and catered for all our needs. Apartment was perfect. Very clean, spacious and modern. Location in the main street of a lovely mountain village close to supermarkets and restaurants. Parking infront of apartment and host provided delicious croissants for breakfast. We highly recommend it!

Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: This was probably the best booking experience that i have ever had! The apartment is almost luxurious, as it is extremely spacious, and also warmed up to really comfortable temperature, even when we first came in! The staff treated us better than in most 5 star hotels, as they were very friendly and helpful, they even provided us with additional hangers for our wet skiing clothes! Perfect apartment for a skiing trip, as it is designed with that in mind. Very good service and infrastructure. Comfortable and clean beds(and everything else too).
Negative: Relatively far from nassfeld skiing resort, about 20 min drive. Everything else was exceptional.
Summary: Exceeded every expectation!

Positive: It's a great apartment right in the middle of the town. The beds are comfortable and Claudio, the host is super friendly. The fresh croissants every morning had been a nice and delicious gift. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was clean and spacious.
Negative: A lamp above the dining table and a microwave would have been nice, but we could totally do without it too.

Positive: The appartment is very well equipped and large, right on the main street of Pontebba, which was perfect as we were skiing at Monte Lussari and Nassfeld/Pramollo which are both just a short drive away. Check in is in the bar nearby which is open until 22.00 and the staff are very friendly - they even provided us with free croissants for breakfast. The bar also sells skipasses for Nassfeld, which are a bit cheaper than the ones bought directly at the resort, but they have to be paid for in cash. Overall a great value stay, far exceeded our expectations.
