Positive: Apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It is located in olive gardens, which gave peaceful atmosphere, and is great place for exploring the island. Marco truly elevated our holiday with his warm hospitality—guiding me on mountain biking trails, sharing invaluable local tips, and even cooking a delightful dinner with our families.. We felt very welcome. This was great stay and we will keep nice memories. Thank you!
Negative: Road noise is sometimes mentioned, but for us it was not disturbing. During the day we didn’t feel it, and in the night we just closed the windows and slept well. One small issue was the noise from chairs in the apartment upstairs. The legs didn’t have felt pads, so pulling them across the floor made a loud sound. We had to ask the guests to be careful. It would be a good idea to add soft pads to reduce the noise.

Positive: The hosts are super nice, there is a nice garden and a lot of space for bikes. Marco gave us great advice about the island and biking routes. Also, the apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need.
Negative: The house is near the main road. But the windows are good - so sleeping with closed windows is not a problem :)

Positive: Marco is a very friendly and uncomplicated host! We could use the washing machine and laundry for free. The kitchen was well equipped, also some spices and oil was available. He has a full map of recommondations for nice beaches, activities and restaurants, and the best he took time to give us Infos for good trails with the Mountainbike! We hardly recommend the Location for everyone who comes to Elba for MTB. Thanks :)
