Positive: The location was fantastic for the views of the Aosta valley and the lodging was rustic stone and wood but so modern and cosy. Just lovely! Mara our hostess was lovely and so accommodating to us. Local restaurant provided magnificent local cuisine in charming authentic setting.
Negative: There is nothing not to like however as the location is elevated with great views there are no amenities within walking distance. However, Mara was very accommodating for us in this regard!
Summary: Pont-Saint Martin is such a lovely place to stay in the Aosta Valley and La Crotta is the perfect place to appreciate it

Positive: The room was warm, on a cold day, and beautiful with a lovely view. The host could not have been more welcoming. As a hiker, with no vehicle, she very kindly drove me to an amazing restaurant 😀
