Summary: Plenty of free secure parking, nice grounds, outside of buildings and garden areas very tidy and clean. Easy check in, cheerful and helpful staff, especially in restaurant and bar area. Room was tidy, clean and very comfortable with a good view of a horse stables and training yard. Lovely to see the horses with their heads popping out of the stables, and the stable staff taking them for exercise. Hotel is nice and close to Newmarket town, easy 10 minute walk, and you get the chance to see the horses and jockeys training as you walk along the path towards the town. Added bonus is an hourly bus to the lovely city of Ely, takes 30 > 40 minutes ride. Allows you to go out without having to drive. Would love to visit hotel again.

Summary: Very warm welcome from from reception on my arrive. Grounds and hotel is lovely. My only slight grumble is I had a dead bug/ beetle in my room on the floor and a small dead moth clinging to the folds in my towel in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Lots to chose from.

Summary: We had a great bleisure stay at the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent and clean swim/sauna/steam facilities and not crowded. Breakfasts and evening meal were superb. Will definitely stay again soon.
