Positive: It is well-situated and very nice. Had everything we needed. Street parking in front of the building was great over the weekend but was a bit more challenging on Monday. It is a nice quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.
Negative: We had to use ‘Sum Up’ for a charge (not a hold) of 500€ to cover any possible damages. It was reimbursed at the end of our stay but because we used a Canadian credit card, we ended up losing about $18 CAD due to differences in exchange rates. We also had to leave 20€ in cash for towels. This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Key pick up time needs to be arranged.
Summary: We had a lovely stay.

Positive: I can’t praise this enough, the hosts are very friendly. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and a brilliant location for Reims centre and the champagne houses. We are hoping to return next year.

Positive: The apartment located not far from the city center, equipped with necessary appliances, parking is available along the street, free of charge, just be aware there is Environmental zone and in order to enter it the environmental badge should be obtained (alternatively there is zenpark underground parking in 650 m from apartment). Supermarket in foot distance.
Negative: The bed linen and towels are provided for an extra cost of 20€, this info is absent in apartment description and communicated after booking.
