Summary: I give 5 stars to this hotel. Location is convenient. Easy to call Grab. Restaurants are located within 10min of walk. I recommend Restauron Ipoh 新怡保飯店 for dinner. Inside the room, clean, tidy and you have everything you need, tooth brush, tooth paste, coffee machines, nespresso capsule etc. air con is strong, bed is comfortable, can relax after a hot day’s walk. Breakfast is made to order, fresh and delicious. Staff are exceptional friendly. I stay in many 5-stars hotel but nobody like Bedrock who will bring you to the room and show you where the amenities are. Debbie, the hotel manager, is very friendly and helpful on any question you may have. I’m very happy with my stay here at Bedrock and will recommend to travelers in Ipoh.

Summary: Everything is excellent except the breakfast provided was very simple and basic. However, I could understand that the hotel is relatively small and thus it could only do so much, which I think the hotel has already done their best.

Summary: We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way
