Large easy home with its own dock for boating and 5 minute walk to deeded access to life guarded ocean beach. Cape Cod shingles style but thoroughly modern built in 1988. Operated by owner who lives next door. Linens and towels, beach badges and chairs and interim professional cleaning all provided. Pet friendly (dogs only). No smoking. Large organic vegetable and flower garden. 3 blocks from LBI Art Foundation for art lessons, entertainment, children's morning classes. Rents Saturday to Saturday from May through October. Minimum rental is one week. Fully air-conditioned and gas heat plus wood burning stove. One of the best designed, furnished and maintained waterfront homes; competitively priced. Handicap ramp from ground to first floor level. Managed by owner.

Summary: This home was a great spot for our multifamily vacation! The open floor plan spilling onto the deck and then dock on the bay was fun and easy to enjoy for all. And then a quick walk to the ocean with a very uncrowded and lifeguarded beach was awesome! Coming and going to the beach was easy (tags provided) and the outdoor shower was a hit with all. The house had a well-stocked kitchen and everyone loved all the built-ins in the bedrooms to store our things. We enjoyed the bay to swim and boat in and the cool evening breezes and sunset were great. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy coffee or all sit for a meal. Quiet neighborhood, owners very responsive by text with any questions.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home on the bay. The kids fished on the dock daily and caught a lot of crabs! It had everything we needed for our 3 adult kids, their spouses & 6 grandchildren. Not having to bring sheets, towels, & toilet paper was an added plus!

Summary: This house was perfect for us. Beautiful bay views and breezes, including a view of the marshland preserve which is a special treat for the Jersey Shore which can sometimes offer just a plain view of water and sand. Great swimming right out in front of your house. The decks were extensive and breezy, with great overhangs so you could even enjoy them during cozy summer rain storms. The house was spacious and nice, with a fairly well-stocked kitchen and ample seating. Bill was extremely accommodating, answering all our questions quickly and coming quickly to help us with any of our needs. Great location, just a couple blocks from the ocean beach if you ever wanted to leave your own deck.

Summary: We rented this home for a family reunion. It was the perfect place! The home was beautiful, spacious and in a nice quiet area. The wraparound porch on the bay was a little bit of heaven, especially at sunset. The owner, Bill was easy to work with, very accessible (right next door) and makes sure that the house is clean and stocked with everything. It was s pleasure not to have to drag pots, pans, sheets or bath towels! We loved swimming and crabbing off the private dock on the bay. The ocean beach was a short walk (a little tough hiking over the dune though) and a calm, clean bay beach for the little ones just down the road in Harvey Cedars. Shops and entertainment a short drive. Will definitely return and recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis on the bay!

Summary: We love spending our vacation in homes with ocean or bay view and access. This home provides both...beautiful deck with pool overlooking the bay! My husband uses a wheelchair, and this is THE MOST ACCESSIBLE home we have ever rented! The house is large and accommodated our family and friends who visited. We hope to return again next year! We have 2 Labradors and love the area....and this home was very well suited for all our needs!

Summary: This home made our vacation quite memorable. Perfect for a large group. Do not have to worry about sheets, towels, paper products, or cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer convenient. Very clean. Location is wonderful. Quiet area and the bay view make the porch a perfect reading nook. Short walk to the beach. LBI center of arts and science is a stones throw away and viking village is also walkable. Owner available if necessary. No words describe the view. That you need to see for yourself to appreciate how awesome it is to watch the setting sun from almost any room in this beautifully appointed home. We have now stayed in each of the three homes this owner rents and will continue to only rent with him. Easy to work with and is available. It is always the no hassle and relaxing vacation. Thank you!

Summary: This turned out to be a wonderful house for our family of 13. Loved the windows all around the great room which afforded a beautiful view of the bay. The master bedroom suite overlooking the dock was excellent for the birthday girl and her husband. The kitchen was well equipped although I would have preferred regular chairs rather than the canvas captain chairs. However, we did bring our own bridge chairs and that worked out perfectly giving us more space around the very large table. All linens were wrapped and pristine and the house was immaculate. Loved the wooden floors and all the built-in cabinets as well as all the wooden molding. It all gave the house a clean, fresh look. Hope we can return again one day soon. Definitely recommend it!
