In a peaceful countryside location, only 6.8 mi from Bath, these beautifully converted farm buildings offer self catering cottages and rooms with attached bathroom with their own separate entrance. In Bradford on Avon, on the edge of an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Beeches Farmhouse Country Cottages & Rooms offers accommodations in 18th-century farm buildings, built from local limestone. Most rooms with attached bathroom have its own front door key and patio area, and feature original exposed beams, most with stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings. All rooms have smart TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Each self contained room has a Breville microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses, paper napkins, condiments, table and chairs. The self-catering cottages each sleep up to five people in converted farm buildings and are fully equipped. Each features original exposed beams, log burners, rustic country furniture and two have stripped wooden floors. Two of the cottages can be interconnecting to sleep up to 10. In The Farmhouse Room (Deluxe Triple), PigWig Cottage (Cottage With Garden View) and The Garden Lodge (Deluxe Appartment) dogs are not permitted. Positive: Great outdoor space and games room for youngsters, they loved it. The room was clean and had character.Nice bench outside to sit on and relax/ read while monitoring children. Very pretty cottage rooms and site.
Negative: I hoped for a small kitchen area in the room however the fridge,microwave, toaster are fixed in a cupboard. This is fine for tea and toast or a quick ready meal warm up but a struggle with any more, the sink is in the bathroom to wash plates etc. I suggest eating out daily or for a little family (2 plus) a larger unit on the site. A car is needed as there are no pavements to walk into Bradford on Avon on the main road or bus.

Positive: Such a fabulous location. Beautiful countryside scenery. The accommodation was gorgeous, had everything we needed for a family of 4 (& a dog). The hosts were super lovely too. Bath & Bradford-on-Avon closeby. Cannot recommend these cottages more for a short UK based stay in the Cotswolds.
Negative: Nothing. It was all wonderful.

Nice to see a washing up bowl provided so no washing up in bathroom basin. Seemed to have thought of everything that might be needed. Handy to have a Diner just down the road to get breakfast.
