Summary: The property was very good and well maintained. The interior was just perfect for our needs. The client mailbox was very hard to use. We had issues with the thermostat being locked and the sliding glass doors would not lock properly. Both of these issues were resolved in the first 48 hours of our stay. The Roku remote was very hard to use since the buttons required many pushes to work. We were left barely 3 rolls of toilet tissue, no extra trash bags except the one in the trash can and only one roll of paper towel. The soap left for washing hands and showers were very limited as well. If we knew that we needed these items we would have brought them instead we went out locally and purchased them which is the first time we have ever had to do this. We were also expected to put out trash from last renter or someone that put together some new chairs, which we were not expecting either. We would love to rent this home again now that we know its limitations. We could never get on the client server even though we requested help several times from the mgmt so hope we did everything correct when we left since we had nothing to refer to.

Summary: The house was nice and clean. Pool was fun. There were several things there that didn’t work while we were there. Grill was out of gas and we had to pay to get a refill. Tv in kids room didn’t work. Most of the remotes for the tvs wouldn’t work. Light in pool doesn’t work at all. Communication was very very slow with host as it’s a company and not a person.

Summary: Nice place. As advertised. Great neighborhood. Getting to the beach was a challenge. Only issue was people kept showing up unannounced. Pool guys came round luckily daughter just got done changing so some warning would be nice. Trash guy also. Guy comes gets in the garage and takes out trash. Didn’t come to front door. Nobody knocked or rang doorbell just came in like they owned the place. No warning. Other than that lovely stay and great place!!!

Summary: All in all the house was nice but we did have some issues and was disappointed with the NO response from the management co.., 1) No one returned my email or called about concerns we had with low hot water. 2) All fan and light control batteries were bad or put in the wrong way. I fixed them. 3) Master bath shower back filled with what appeared to be sewage. It drained but this was on the last day. 4) The screen around the pool needs sprayed for mold. 5) No ducts or ventilation in the bedroom built into the garage area, very hot.. House is older but does need some work. Neighbors very friendly.

Summary: Everything is great about this house, except there is no water pressure and the water does not get hot. So you cannot get a shower and feel clean. Once they fix that issue, this would be an amazing rental.

Summary: The pool was fabulous and the house has plenty of room for the entire family to stretch out and enjoy the Florida sun. The neighborhood is great. Just a peaceful property to sit back and relax at. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
