Beenbane Lodge is a Luxury self-catering villa on it's own very private grounds.
Double gated, 100 meter tree lined entrance, and lovely stone walled perimeter.
Just 12 mins walk to the picturesque village of Waterville, on the Atlantic Way overlooking the Atlantic Ocean ( main portion of the road has street lights )
Downstairs is all 9' ceilings with a great sense of space and openness
Free Wifi ( mobile Vodafone Router ca 15-30 MBS )
House has all the mod cons one would expect at home
Main bedrooms ( 2 off ) upstairs have super king ( 6'0" wide ) mahogany sleigh beds, ensuite ( power shower ) and walk in wardrobes, with large Velux windows that can fold out into balconies overlooking Lough Currane and the Kerry Mountains
Third bedroom downstairs has a double bed and a single bed and is also ensuite, with a bath and electric shower.
There are three TVs in the house and has satellite TV which caters for most holiday requirements including CNBC and Bloomberg for the investor who needs to keep in touch with the "maddening world "

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised...in fact, it exceeded expectations. This is my third golf trip to the Waterville area and arguably the most memorably in part due to Beenbane Lodge. The house was perfect for our guys golf trip - the patio/backyard is a great place to enjoy cigars and drinks (after the pubs of course), as well as, coffee the next morning. The local is ideal - it's a few minute drive to Waterville, but yet you feel like you're hours away in the middle of the countryside with no neighbors. Gobnait, the local property manager, was fantastic - she made everything incredibly easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As the title suggests...I highly recommend Beenbane Lodge to not only golfers, but anyone visiting the Waterville area.

Summary: A weeks break in this beautiful house was fantastic and in a great location, loads of beaches and areas to visit nearby. The house had everything you could need with huge gardens. Definitely would return.
