Positive: The accommondation is in an extremely good location with a breathtaking view, directly on the waterfront. Clean, well equipped (fridge incl. freezer, coffe machine, hair dryer, all necessary amenities for cooking, etc.). Judith and Marko are not simply nice hosts, but they are extremely helpful and friendly. They are speaking German, Italian, Croatian and English as well. Highly recommended!

Positive: It’s a great place if you don’t like crowds and crowded beaches. We stayed in an apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea. It's just a few steps to the beach, with hardly any people around—very peaceful and the water is clean. The apartment had air conditioning, which cooled the space comfortably. The terrace was huge, and one of its biggest advantages is that it’s covered, so it’s shaded from the sun and you can sit there at any time of the day. The apartment was cozy and equipped with everything you need. Since I like it dark when I sleep, I really appreciated that there are blinds on the windows (except for the French window leading to the terrace). Marko is a wonderful host—he always took a moment to chat with us and also recommended places in the area that are worth visiting.
Negative: The only downside I see (as a parent) is that you can’t just walk somewhere nearby to get ice cream :-) However, the nearest shop is about 5 km away by car, so it’s not a big deal. However, I assume that once Marko opens his bar, there will be ice cream too :-)

Positive: We happened to choose to go on vacation in June. It was wonderful. Peaceful, perfectly clean sea, water so clear you could drink it. Beautiful. The hosts are always available when needed and otherwise almost 'invisible.' The sea is just a few steps down from the apartment; air-conditioned, but in the morning a pleasant breeze blows from the land. Truly exceptional. Compliments to the hosts! This was our second time here, and we know that the beauty of staying with them is no coincidence. Best wishes until next time!
Negative: We didn't like it because we had booked too short a vacation, and extending it wasn't possible due to full occupancy. This won't happen to us again next time. :) .
