Positive: There are so many good things at this hotel. Really if you don’t stay here you are missing out. The rooms are very comfortable, the location is centric and in the middle of nanluogo alley, so plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. A starbucks is right in front, which is great for early breakfast before a tour. With all that I have to say the service is just next level. Everyone is so kind and attentive. They gave us plenty of treats; fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea. The complimentary laundry is a great extra but their team was so accommodating. They helped us with our bags, ordered a taxi, helped us order delivery when we couldn’t do it ourselves with alipay. Everyone was great. Special thanks to Mia for guiding us to our taxi at the end. Which we can go back.

Positive: The Hotel is located perfectly in an old town part of Beijing with lots of small shops and restaurants. Subway stations are located 5-10 Minutes by foot. The rooms are small, but very modern and clean, the bathrooms are exceptional. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and communicating in English is no problem. They even helped me get some cash when my credit card was wrongfully blocked.
Negative: Be aware that you cant access a lot of western media without your own vpn using the Hotel WiFi.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: just 15 minutes by taxi to the Forbidden City, 10 minutes on foot to the metro, and right at the entrance to the main shopping street in Beijing’s hutongs. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. A special thanks to Mia at the reception — she was always enthusiastic and very helpful. She explained how to get to different attractions, arranged taxis, helped me with a Chinese SIM card, and assisted in many situations. Other staff members were also very kind — for example, they helped me order food delivery to my room late at night without any problem. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with daily cleaning and free laundry service. Every day the water, tea, and toiletries were refreshed. On arrival, I received a welcome tray with delicious snacks, and upon departure, I was given a beautiful jar of Chinese tea as a gift. Overall, everything was perfect — I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Super helpful and welcoming staff! Allowed us to check-in early, helped us to book and pay for a cab (which we reimbursed) and accompanied us to the pickup point till the cab arrived, also gave us very delicious suggestions for food. Gave us welcome drinks and fruit and delivered to our room a welcome tray of fruits/snacks. Laundry was done for free and received the clean and dry laundry back within 24 hours. Housekeeping was very clean and good. Beverages and toiletries were replenished promptly. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

The hotel itself is in a great location but not facing the Main Street so you don’t hear the honking of cars or scooters. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Positive: Location was perfect. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. (Celebrated my birthday and bought me a cake!). Free coffee and snacks all day. Free laundry service. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Walkable distance to the forbidden city. If you want to eat great pizza to have a brake from Chinese food, also a great bar near by that opens till 2 am.
