Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Quiet area, close to the beach and swimming pool, one local grocery shop and 2 small bars nearby, spacious split level flat with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces.

Negative: Lots of stuff needs repairs in this place. One of the single beds has got few broken slats and the bed frame is splitting. So danger of landing on the floor!!!Water leak in the top toilet, constant padle on the floor. Most of the doors are catching the tiled floor making loud noise. Plastic door from living room to taras has got badly working locking mechanism. Key locker outside front door needs replacing.lack of bulbs everywhere. Pool is not at the house it is about 300m from it so dont be mislead by description. Problem with water on the arrival at night. So could take the shower after 10 hours trip.The main stopcock was turned off, no info from the owner before coming down where to find it and how to turn it on. No streaming Services like netflix, toaster doesnt work.

Summary: Liveable place but House needs urgent repairs!!!
