For a relaxing stay in the mountains with family or friends, come enjoy a recently renovated "passive house" (minimal energy consumption, maximum thermal comfort, summer and winter). You can experience energy efficiency in harmony with the environment. Located in the heart of Chartreuse and only 45 minutes from Grenoble, surrounded by numerous hiking trails starting from the house (snowshoeing tracks in winter) and just 5 minutes from the Nordic ski trails at Col de Porte and the small alpine ski resort of St Pierre de Chartreuse (7 slopes in 2024).
This house features 3 bedrooms (8 beds, possibly 10 with the sofa bed in the mezzanine + 1 crib and changing table), 1 bathroom/WC, and 1 shower room/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a laundry room, and a large terrace with garden tables and chairs, and a gas barbecue for enjoying the outdoors. For relaxation: a TV/DVD corner, a jacuzzi-style bathtub, a sauna, and a games room with a ping-pong table.

We have entrusted the welcome to Christophe, who will be present at arrival and departure. He will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist if needed.

Summary: Le chalet est très fonctionnel et bien situé proches de plusieurs stations ce qui permet de varier. Nous avons tellement apprécié l'an passé que nous sommes revenus pour un week-end cette année encore. Malheureusement nous avons été déçu par l'arrivée car le chemin n'était pas déneigé et la route gelée ce qui nous empêchait de nous garer dans l'immédiat. Nous avons du déneigé avec une pelle pendant plus de 2H pour faire de la place pour 2 voitures mais le sol était tellement gelé que les voitures glissées. Heureusement nous avons eu l'aide des voisins qui sont très sympas. un Conseil demandez bien l'état de la route avant votre arrivée dans les lieux car la pente est raide.

Summary: Great location to explore the Chartreuse and St Pierre. We really loved it. Space and rooms are very comfortable. Sauna is a good bonus. The balcony/deck is wonderful for visiting and enjoying the outdoors. A couple quibbles, but good choice for the area.
