Negative: The bunk was extremely squeaky and seemed unstable - maybe should only be advertised for use by kids ? The rubbish truck picking up the bin at around 4am!

Positive: When you approach the property all you can say is wow. A beautiful historic home, that has been tastefully renovated inside. Lots of different zones to entertain for a large family gathering. We also enjoyed the short walk to the bush reserve nearby. Lovely location. Between enjoying family meals on the large dining table and our heated pool competitions, we absolutely love our stay. It was a real treat and one we will remember. Hopefully we will stay again sometime soon.
Negative: An FYI for the hosts, and is not to be read as a negative on the place. The front door battery is low. The tap for the kitchen sink needs replacing. It is very wobbly and the sealant is dried. Tried to fix, but couldn't, The screws are loose for the bunk and very squeaky. The person on the top had to sleep on the floor, because it was wobbling. Would have been nice to have more than the min 12 towels. Given the amount of money we are spending those sort of extras are appreciated. There are only enough beds for 12, so I am not sure how it would be able to sleep 15. In saying that it is a massive house.
Summary: Many happy memories were created at this beautiful home. The pool room was a big hit. Thank you.
