Positive: The kitchen was very basic, we brought our own air fryer with us as suspected we'd need it and glad we did otherwise we'd have been a bit stuck.

Negative: The lobby closes at noon for a few hours, so I have to work around that for my departure.

Positive: Good balcony, fair size and nice to have a bath, slightly tired but clean and comfortable, mini pack of dishwasher tablet and washing up scrub one spare toilet roll. Didn’t use sauna or pool as they shut at 7, which was a shame, but I imagine would’ve been nice.
Negative: Had my skis stolen from the ski locker room, main light not working, no towels in the linen pack so had to pay for them separately.
Summary: As you’d expect from a corporate rental company.

Positive: The location of the apartment was fine. And the staff was nice
Negative: The pool was only open during the hours we were skiing. I expect from a hotel in a ski resort that the pool will be open at least until 21.00 or 22.00 in the evening. Additionally, We arrived late at night and had to arrange the beds and sheets ourselves. And the coffee maker was dirty. Additionally, There was no kettle for hot water.

Positive: This was our second stay at this property (April 2023 and 2024). We liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our apartment this year was amazing, with great views. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. Leisure facilities were open from 10:00 - 19:00 every day (including Saturday). The gym is ok, although some of the equipment needs fixing. The sofa bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on - as good as a fixed bed. The kitchenette was great, and we were able to self-cater no problem. There was a good amount of free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a late season ski break.
Negative: No Wifi in the rooms, but Wifi was available in reception.

Positive: The spa was very nice after a long day of skiing. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is great.
Negative: No WiFi is not acceptable and the spa closes at 8 pm. If u go full day skiing there is only 3 hours for the spa. The spa is buzzy around this time.

Positive: The reception staff were very helpful, great location for skiing with 2 min walk to run down to the lifts, the flat was nice and had most things we needed, nice pool and spa equipment, close to shops and nice restaurant.
Negative: I think the cleaning requirements are a bit stringent for people on holiday and there were no cleaning products, so you needed to buy everything. No wifi in the flats, no oven, no hair dryer.
Summary: Great location for skiing and shops, nice flat and pool/spa facilities.
