Positive: 1. Wonderful & beautiful hotel. Our room was quite spacious. 2. Staff were nice 3. The pool was nice and big. 4. I liked the breakfast, it was reasonably flavorful.
Negative: 1. The Wifi was terrible 2. Location is slightly off, but we were ok with it, as we had a car. Cabs are easily available too. 3. Sometimes parking can be a struggle. 4. The beach was a bit of a walk, but is through the property, so no reason to complain. It takes you directly to the beach, which is technically a public beach, but a private beach for all practical purposes. They should have however, put some beach beds.
Summary: Overall nice experience

Positive: The hotel is a two minute walk to the beach. The room was spacious. It was clean. There was a gym and two pools. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: The property is somewhat overpriced for the area and India in general. They have an overly complicated billing system with extra charges and taxes.(see photos). Just list the price that you will actually pay. Other restaurants and bars in the area were capable of this.
Summary: Nice hotel in good location that is overpriced.
