Positive: Great location, usually superb swimming on full tide but we were a bit unlucky with the weather. Very high tides and waves for a 1 week out of 2. Was still enjoyable during the rain.

Positive: Nice neighbours and green space outside, good that there was an upstairs level. The kayaks were great, once we found them! Easy parking.
Negative: Guests need to know that they need to turn on the outside gas bottle for the hot water and where it is as it is hard to find in the dark, there is no wifi provided (contrary to what is indicated in Booking.com) and therefore the tv does not work, security for the lodge needs attention for both front and back doors, a lot of wildlife noise (ie roosters) during the night.
Summary: We liked the location and enjoyed our week, but the above comments need attention.

Positive: Locality, nice and central to everything and very easy to get around. Loved walking and although the weather was poor while there, it is obvious that swimming, snorkling would be magic when better.
Negative: There was an issue with car lights from car park beside us, shining into the unit at night. Exacerbated by the storm and King tide that happened resulting in many cars arriving during the night to view. A simple blind fitted on the door would improve that.
Summary: Very enjoyable and all facilities available.

Positive: This property was private hidden between 2 houses. Our host Annabelle very lovely lady we were spoilt got fresh fruit bought to us by the workers. I’m a dog lover so the dogs on the neighbours property became ours they were very well behaved never hung around us or came on our deck. We did this trip with our sick friend and all we wanted to do was relax and look after her so this place was perfect we would do it all over again if we could. Thank you Bella beach bungalows Annabelle, Amosa Tatuava, Silai, and the rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable 1 for the 3 of us

Positive: This is that idealic tropical beach paradise location you dream of. These bungalows are right on one of the best tropical beaches I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. It's lovely to sit on the balcony with a beer or a book or both and in a few steps cool in the crystal waters of the calm ocean. Cooking facilities, everything close. Highly recommended.

Positive: I loved the privacy and 3minute walk to I think one of the most beautiful beaches in Rarotonga, we stayed in the lodge which was very roomy, there was no washing machine but people staying in the beach bungalows told us there was a communal machine and we could all use the tables and kayaks and such on the beach. Annabelle was unwell the week we stayed otherwise I'm sure she would have filled us is.
Negative: The bathroom window didn't close and mossies are an issue as one could expect in the tropics
Summary: Beautiful beach close at hand, roomy lodge over the road. Laid back, clean, and comfy bed.
