Positive: The staff was kind and welcoming, we arrived late night and we found some food in our room, very nice.
Negative: Despite the fact people are well informed of not leaving beach towels to reserve the place, occasionally it occurs, there should be someone to control.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was a highlight, with an amazing cook and a diverse all-inclusive menu. The beach is just a two-minute walk from the resort, which was very convenient. It was also easy to arrange transport to Heraklion city centre with the help of reception.

Positive: Overall, very good experience at Bella Beach. Nice infrastructure, great food, private beach. Some staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Cleaning was performed daily, which we really appreciated. The food was very tasty, with a good variety and delicious options for everyone.
Negative: The hotel is located far from the city and the shopping center. But for us, it was not a problem. The rooms and the facilities are a bit dated

Positive: Food is very good and varied. The Chef is the nicest. Hotel has all facilities and a beautiful beach. Staff is nice
Negative: Hotel is old and not the best maintained. TV in our room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. It would be good to put smart TV’s and improve WIFi. Shower also notg very good . A room by the pool and the main terrace is very noisy! Sufferd from ants a little in room
