Summary: My family stayed here for our spring break weekend. The location was great, 10mins from Rockport beach. The only thing I'd recommend is to bring handsoaps (they only had dish soap), beach towels and wear your shoes, the floors were not clean, our feet were black within minutes of arriving. The upstairs renter was very loud both nights between 1-2am with a child that was running laps, definitely bring earplugs and a sound machine. Overall, we would come back but be better prepared.

Summary: This met and exceeded our expectations. Perfect quiet location. Easy access to fishing right out the patio, beautiful tranquil view of ocean. Definitely recommend for low key quality family time. Not far from Fulton beach and restaurants. Already looking to when we can come back! Family recommended!!

Summary: Was good, however there was dog hair on living area on placemats, couch and coffee table. A trash bag with trash on it was left hanging on drawer in kitchen. Ice dispenser did not dispense ice Back door in living room would not open Pool was dirty Can of ashes from grill was left on patio, full. Also had what appeared to be a bag of dog poop laying in it. The shower in master would drain water in the middle of the night, it was totally turned off Rug in kitchen in front of sink is filthy. Ceiling fans on patio would be a nice addition

Summary: The property is in a spectacular location the views of Copano Bay are fantastic for the first two days we were the only ones in the building and it was so very quiet. Then s group moved in up stairs and were very noisy all through the night., but other than that it was a great place to stay.
