Positive: Great location, very new and modern house and cosy apartment. Super good breakfast with great variety. Great atmosphere allover and nice Italian style (also music during breakfast). Great spa area. Good value for money and would gladly come back

Positive: Everything was great, we really appreciated the super clean room and the upgrade! Not even mentioning the SPA area, which we had all to ourselves. This is a beautiful and nice hotel. We are already planning our return during the peak snow season! Also, thank you so much for all your help!

Positive: Perfect place, nice and cozy. Very new and comfortable. Saunas and dzakuzzi are superb.

Negative: - no one at the reception and when you need something it is not clear how to find someone. But if you manage it, the personnel is very helpful, no questions. - Location. It is on the hill and far from all restaurants. You can go anywhere only by car. Even to the slopes you need to go by car. It is just 5 mins, but it is uncomfortable. It is designed that the black slope should go near the hotel, but it is very black one and during our stay it was closed and it was not expected that it will open this season.

Positive: The rooms are beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean. Small kitchen has everything you need. Common area with fireplace, floor to selling window with beautiful view on mountains stole my heart. We spent there half of our time in the hotel. There is also small but having all you need wellness area. Breakfast was very good. And service above expectations. Property owners were very welcoming and helpful, helped with buying medicine when I needed it.
