Summary: We had a fantastic visit. The building is clean, lovely furnishings, and checki-in was easy with the owner greeting us to go through the room. The hot tub was great, the bed was soft, lots of lovely pillows. Spacious bathroom, lots of hot water, a couple of chocolates and bottles of water for us there. We were worried about the hot tub not shutting off and it was close to 11 but the owner texted us right back, explaining it shuts off on its own. We will return!

Summary: While there were some tiny, incidental things on the property that need some updating, this was a great weekend getaway spot. We were hiking in the Gatineau Hills, and so its location was ideal, and evening and night in Wakefield was much fun (for 2 old-timers in the early 50s!).
