Positive: Very nice view, you are at one of the higher peaks with a view of the valley below and ocean. Nice room with living area, kitchen and separate bedroom. Patrick is a good host with recommendations for the local area and the island. He lets you do your thing but is available by phone and via WhatsApp (for all is international travelers). Had access to Netflix for a late night watch before bed. Nice size rooms. Large patio to enjoy view. FYI - As an American I will confirm Saint Lucia tap water is safe to drink. I bought one bottled water and refilled it at taps the rest of my stay.

Negative: Could use a portable fan stand. TIP - When front patio doors are open can get a nice breeze but only if you open a window in the other bedroom window so it can circulate through. AC in the bedroom I had was not working well, kicking out low cool air, so have to shut off bedroom at least 90 minutes before intended bed time to ensure it was cooler in room. When you do this, there is no way to let the natural cooler breeze in the living area. A cheap portable stand fan would be great in this area, just to circulate the air. Water pressure is fine at sinks, but on low side in shower. I think it's due to how high an elevation the house is. Neither of these prevented me from enjoying the room and stay, but the fan would be a high recommendation as Saint Lucia's humid air isn't great when still. Be aware, the place is high up. No problem if you have car. But if you walked like me, you better be prepared for some steep ups and down that come with the whole area.

Positive: We liked the view from the villa. It was exceptional. Inside the villa itself was amazing and comfortable.

Negative: The road is a bit difficult for low vehicles. Best to have a jeep.

Negative: Steep hill to accomodation, 4 wd recommended, but host is able to pick you up and take you to beach or grocers if you arrange with them.

Positive: The view is amazing. A charming fishing village just down the hill. Wonderful people, the owner was helpful with his rides and local knowledge.

Negative: The location is atop a steep hill, not for the faint of heart or unfit individual unless you rent a car. Facilities were mostly functional.
