Summary: House was exactly as described in pictures. Very clean and lots of supplies provided in the house; towels, utensils, detergent, TP, dishes etc…Ocean was visible from house and a short 2 min walk to beach. Amazing shells to be found and beach was always empty of people. It was very hot when we were there so a few more fans in the house would have been nice but other than that we loved the place and loved PEI!!

Summary: Quiet, seculded retreat with a great waterfront! Older home, with a huge lots and the comforts of home. Lots for the kids to do at the beach,which was a short walk down the lawn. They found hermit crabs, starfish and dug for clams and spent hours combing the beach! The King's Castle park is less than 5 minutes away and was a great place for our youngest to play and the $2.50 ice cream cones were a hit! Murray River and Murray Harbour are a quick 5-10 minute drive away with great restaurants, and the house it a short drive from many beautiful beaches in the area. If you are looking for a quiet retreat away from touristy feel of Cavendish, this is a quiet spot. Sonny was great to communicate with, and was quick to respond.

Summary: The house had a great view of the water and accessible to the beach with a five minute walk. Just watch the last step down as it drops about 2 feet to the sand. The house has plenty of space with a large living room and nice size bedrooms. Would go back anytime.

Summary: The cottage was very much as described and for the most part we enjoyed our four week stay in August and September. The only issue was with the gas fireplace. When the weather turned cool the fire place wouldn't stay on long enough to provide any real warmth. On two occasions, it stayed on for about 20 minutes, but most days it would only stay on for 2 minutes. After that, it wouldn't re-start. In the end, for our final week the cottage remained uncomfortably cool and damp; and we had to dress in layers. We found the screened in porch not very appealing as it is partially boarded up.

Summary: This property was large at 1800 square feet and 40 acres of land with 1500 feet fronting on the bay with a beach. It was private with a huge beautifully kept lawn. The house was a little dated but all in working order (other than exhaust fan in one bathroom) with a drilled well with lots of water pressure. All of the appliances and plumbing worked well. The tv is a little small and does not have cable or satellite so you need to use Netflix but it is workable (I used my Roku box). Beds were a little firm but okay. Eat-in kitchen and large livingroom. Fireplace works intermittently only so not really a heat source and no heat upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for four adults and maybe two children. It was good value as well,

Summary: Wonderful property and beautiful weather and scenery bro enjoy our 2 weeks here. The property managers were more than accommodating and the owner was dl very friendly band helpful! If you are looking to get away from it all on a beautiful piece of property this is it! Everything you need is close. And the wifi was all we needed to keep in touch with the “real world”.

Summary: Thank you Sonny for sharing your piece of PEI with our family! We had a great week at the cottage and enjoyed spending time on the beach as well as exploring the surrounding Eastern shore beaches and lighthouses. The cottage is great for a young family like ours. The amenities of laundry, bbq, screened in porch and fully equipped kitchen made us feel at home.

Summary: We really enjoyed this quant house on the ocean. Sonny was very accompanying and professional to deal with. The house was very clean and had everything you need. We especially liked the “ private” beach where we went looking for sea creatures. We found tons! We liked how it was a short walk on the beach to the Kings Castle Park - great for children. Close to great restaurant- Harbourview - as well as the chip stand across from the Esso - delicious lobster. We would definitely stay here again as it felt like home.
