Summary: Nice stay. Third time staying but might be the last. The room had an odor that was not pleasant. The dispensers in the bathroom were broken. The bed was decent, but definitely made me itchy. No bedbugs but for sure a concern. Hated the elevator. Needs to be updated. Also with it being an italian styled hotel, the drapes needs to be vaccummed or something. Allergies were on 1000. Its not a bad hotel for a quick stay. The free coffee is great. Also the shuttle to and from Foxwoods is an awesome addition. Just wished it was available on thursday evenings as well. Still a decent stay, just wont be staying there again. Try it out for yourself! You just may like it.

Summary: It was ok. Bed was average. Didn't like how the curtain didn't close all the way. Made mention while checking out and attendant told me they're is a room darkening shade. Why isn't this obvious?

Summary: The hotel was fine for the price. Nice large room with a jacuzzi in the room! This likely contributed to the mildew smell of the carpet. Staff were friendly. We went to have dinner in the “bistro” but there was no one working there until we asked the front desk for a server. Server was friendly and food was good.

Summary: The staff was friendly. The room had nice high ceiling, but otherwise I didn’t like that you couldn’t control the room temp (there’s a sign showing that it’s controlled from a remote location). The bathroom is dark the with almost no lighting by the shower which kind of grossed me out a bit-but that could just be me I’m uncomfortable with hotel showers as it is.

Summary: We booked the presidential suite so it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and also complimentary coffee all day like a lot of other hotels that are equally nice do as well. The room was clean but we did find an old tshirt under the safe. It's near a lot of nice restaurants as well.

Summary: Great room, comfortable beds. But breakfast was a disaster. The person taking our order didn’t speak or really understand English, then she had to go in back and cook the food too! The language thing is one thing, I can deal with that a little bit, but when you charge $16 for an omelet and boxed potatoes, it should be an easier process. Not a good way to start the day!
