Villa Belloccia appeals people who want to enjoy a luxury designed home during their vacation. Modern design and exclusive interior are the style of the house. High definition Flat Screen TV, intercom system and Wi-Fi are offered to the renter. There is a pool lounge area with dining table, chairs and lounge chairs. The south facing terrace offers sunshine from sunrise to sunset, including a 28ft. Pool and separate Scandinavian style Spa. The house has about 2,000 sq ft. Living area with 1,100 sq ft. Generous pool area. The garden is landscaped with coconut palm trees overlooking the private boot dock with lift and invites you to rent a boat for a couple of days to enjoy the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The Villa is located at one of the few oversized channels with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico – no bridges or locks. A great location for the water sport enthusiasts. Within only 3 minutes by boat, you will reach the Caloosahatchee River waterways. Villa Belloccia is located east of Del Prado Blvd. in a central and quiet neighborhood.
Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.

Summary: House was clean, and really good equipped. Cute decoration, made it easy to feel like home. it US quiet at the canal, it is just a Long Ride to the Beach. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool, grocery shopping right around the corner. We loved having the dogs with us, small park in walking distance.

Summary: A very nice place to stay and relax. The building was clean and plenty of towels and blankets. Very nice pool. There was a surprise pet fee per pet that we had to pay outside of Vrbo. We didn’t know about it before since we couldn’t see it listed. Otherwise all good.

Summary: The place is awesome, facilities are great, if you go with your boat or rent one, better, but too many rules!!! We understand that rules are essentials as an owner to keep the property well maintained, but we were afraid in forgetting any rule and get an extra fee. We went to the park close by to use the BBQ and one day preferred to use the one on the boat, just because i did want to clean it without the necessary tools and after that received a cleaning fee because it as not cleaned as expected, same with the spa, we didn't even think to use it. Communication with owner/property manager is throughout email, she facilitated a phone number to send electric meter pictures, but when you call them is never answer it.

Summary: It was very odd that owner ask you to not sit on the white couch. You can sit on a blanket on the couch. It was summer. A blanket is too hot. I bought Queen sheets to put on the couch so we could sit there. Also do not fall asleep on the comforters on the beds. Those comforters are only decorations. Bizarre? The pool was great but no skimmer, I had to buy one, however owner is suppose to credit me.

Summary: The inside of the house was very clean! It was a great location especially if renting a boat because it is a very short ride to the opening of the canal. Dog friendly house and hosts were easily accessible by phone.

Summary: Nice house, good location. Found the home to be a little dated and needing repairs. As for cleanliness the floors needed a good scrub as well as the patio deck. Otherwise was a good time

Summary: Our stay at this house was good until the host charged us an extra $157.00 for normal use of electricity. We were there for 9 days, never used the pool, no excessive use of lights or air conditioning. This is gouging. There are too many other nice places to stay where the hosts don't gouge you by charging your credit card after you leave the property. We will never stay with this host again. Very disappointed...

Summary: Three adults recently stay at this house for a week. We found it to be very clean and furnished beautifully with modern and unique decor. The home and yard are well maintained. The location is a quiet, residential neighborhood yet handy to major roads for shopping and sightseeing activities. The canal in the backyard is a major plus. It's a beautiful area to relax, enjoy breezes, watch boats go by and fish. The screened lanai is roomy and the pool is excellent. We spent many hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves in that area. Now for the things we felt did not meet our needs and might be useful for potential renters to be aware of. We are experienced travelers and have rented many homes over the years. We are familiar with usual 'house rules'. Things like stripping the bedding and gathering towels before leaving, no dirty dishes left, load and start dishwasher, wipe and sweep up etc. This house has many more rules. And not following them result in fees. If you use the spa, you must clean and drain the hot tub at the end of your rental. If you do not, a fee will be charged. This means it will be empty when you arrive. The drain sits higher than the bottom, so there is standing water to be bailed out but no utensil available for this chore. We used towels, many towels, and washed/dried them after. Since you pay for the power you use, this added to our electrical usage. The spa was especially dirty with brown crusty matter and green algae around the jets. One headrest is broken off and there is peeling adhesive on the back of it, on the wall of the spa and at the bottom of the spa. We spent 2 hours cleaning it for our use. It really needs professional care and maintenance. We did report this and were thanked. The propane grill has a laminated note explaining it must be cleaned or a fee will be charged. There is a 3-ring binder filled with more rules as well as useful and not so useful information. It has many pages, maybe 25+. A lot of reading. If you expect to slow-cook or bake a casserole, bring your own crockpot and 9x13 pan. Lastly, there are no comfortable chairs in the living room. Or anywhere inside. No recliner or similar chair to relax in, visit, watch TV or read. We went out on the lanai & sat in the patio chairs. Which worked except for TV watching. This is a very clean and beautiful home. Just be aware of things not usual to previous homes we have rented.
