Positive: Excellent hotel, modern and clean. Attentive and polite staff. Good pool. Location within old town, right next to hadrians gate!
Negative: Noise from neighbouring karaoke bar, although staff were happy to move us to a quieter room after first night. Some plumbing issues, but nothing that effected our stay. Italian restaurant was nice but lacked authentic flair, Turkish restaurant was very good.
Summary: Easily one of the best hotels in old town

Positive: Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully designed in a way that is ultra comfortable, but also matches well with the aesthetic of the amazing location in the Old Town. The service is wonderful, with people who were dedicated to ensuring we had a great stay. This sort of property is a rare find. We had breakfast twice and dinner at 1 of the hotel restaurants, Hare, serving Turkish cuisine which was the best we've ever had throughout our various trips to Türkiye. The service especially though was top-notch. Our waiter for all of these meals, Yasin took excellent care of us, and through his dedication ensured we had very memorable and enjoyable meals. One last thing that stood out; sometimes, especially in tourist areas, you are bombarded with QR code cards and requests to write a review on Google or Trip Advisor; in this case NOBODY mentioned or suggested writing a review; it was refreshing that the staff and management here are content to let the OUTSTANDING service and quality speak for itself. I can attest, the glowing reviews you will find here are not here because they were suggested, but because, as in our case, there is a genuine excitement to share what a wonderful experience we had here. Hands down, one of the most enjoyable stays and dining experiences we've had.

Positive: Breakfast was fab. The team was amazing. The location is right in the middle of old town, which is very quaint and fun area to be in.
Negative: Just keep in mind, weekends in Old town are super fun but can be loud. Nothing to do with the hotel, but there are bars and restaurants that are very lively, with live music.
Summary: Cute hotel in the middle of old town, with fabulous breakfast and amazing staff.
