Summary: Check-in process was easy and flawless. The homeowners are very nice. The home was exactly what we needed, a short drive to our family that lives in the area and it is also close to grocery shopping and food.

Summary: The house was perfect for two couples and my niece. Great neighborhood. Comfy beds and furniture with lots of throws. Outdoor furniture was nice. Overall had a great experience. Ben is a wonderful communicator.

Summary: These folks are serious about making your stay nice, comfortable , and affordable. It's a simple place located nicely for Coeur dAlene. Not fancy but clean and well appointed. Serves the purpose of needing a nice place to rest.

Summary: The property is on the edge of some farmland - very quiet. Even so, it is less than half an hour to downtown CDA. That makes it an excellent "base camp," for your North Idaho adventures.

Summary: Great communication, location, and nice house. But all could be perfect until you have a bad nights sleep. Beds are worn and uncomfortable. Bought air mattresses in order to enjoy our sleep. Other then that everything was wonderful.

Summary: The house was very clean and very easy to find. Ben and Jen were very helpful in making sure we could find the house and that we knew how to check in. They also left a list of their favorite spots in the area. The house was located in a great position for us to do all the fun things we had planned to do in the Post Falls area. All in all, we had a great time staying in this house. Recommended to anyone looking for a great house in this area.Thanks for the great hospitality!

Summary: The house was very nice and centrally located for what we wanted to do. The kitchen could use a few more mixing bowls and things for cooking but other than that it was a great house.
