Positive: All great, everything we needed for long weekend. Good broadband, TV, fridge , cooker. Safe parking for two motorcycles. 50 mins from Assen circuit. Good host.

Negative: Nothing we didn't like.

Summary: Great stay. Easy motorway access for 50 min ride to Assen circuit.

Positive: Good host. Adequate Vessels are provided in the Kitchen. Comfortable beds. Thanks to the host for very good hospitality

Negative: Very cold when we checked in (around 17C) and bed room heater was not switched on. Request to switch on the heater during winter before guests check in and also to keep the temperature at 21 C atleast. Thanks
