Summary: I noticed when signing the check-in card/agreement, there was a company name was on the customer line as opposed to my name. A point was made of asking if a morning invoice would be provided and the answer was yes. Returned key to front desk on check out and requested receipt which staff would not provide. Staff informed me since booking was thru hotels.com, they (hotels.com) would send receipt via email. Total misinformation, that's not the way it works. Requested a credit card charge receipt and was informed the receipt had been given at check-in. It had not. Attempted to reason with staff, they held firm and would not supply a receipt or invoice. This is not acceptable business practice.
