Summary: The door to the tunnel for maintenance workers was unsecured in our bathroom, the screws were removed and the door was loose which made it accessible to our room that made me and my husband uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good the receptionist was very helpful and nice.

Summary: Clean room, except the hot tub. We fill it up and when we started the water jets a lots of dirt came out of them.. we emptied out, clean it and tried again but the same happened. The receptionist was nice.
