Summary: My family’s experience was overwhelmingly positive and we would definitely stay there again.Cons:All the electrical outlets are the old two prong style, except for the power strip by the tv. But it wasn’t even a big deal because of the USB charging ports on the bedside tables, and anything that requires a 3-prong outlet can use the power strip. There’s no dishwasher, clothes washer, or dryer. That could be an issue for some people. That’s it. That’s the entire list of cons for this property. Pros: (everything else)The place was very clean and check in was very easy.We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of medicine cabinet over the bathroom sink (you can’t really see it in the pictures). Also, there is a closet with shelves immediately outside the bathroom. We used one shelf to store all of our toiletry kits, keeping them out of the way, but easily accessible. The shower was wonderful, we just had to fiddle with it for a bit to figure out the two levers. The little touch of having four shower caddies in the corner so that each person had their own caddy struck me as very thoughtful, (and very handy for us). The kitchen worked perfectly for our modest needs. We mostly used the microwave and the Keurig. There are K cups in the cupboard, including one or two re-usable ones. No dishwasher, but we weren’t generating a lot of dirty dishes. This place is perfect if you have a toddler or preschooler with you. My nephew had a couple of tantrums while we were there, and we were so grateful to not be worrying about disturbing other people. My nephew LOVED all the open space in the living room, using it to run around in or to spread out all over the floor with a few toys. The property itself is very small, but there is a great picnic table next to the house, and we enjoyed a couple of meals outside. There’s only a little room to run around in the yard, but the bungalow is literally across the street from a funeral home with a large grassy area in their parking lot. We enjoyed spending time there kicking a ball around with my nephew while his grandma watched from the front steps. And to top everything else off, the neighborhood itself is great; it’s a quiet residential area with lots of neat little houses. It’s perfect for walks, and we definitely enjoyed our daily ones.

Summary: The home and the neighborhood were very cute. As previous person mentioned, it is a period house and therefore doesn’t have many electricity outlets. The kitchen equipment was aweful…Frying pan completely scratched and was trash. There was only one knife and it couldn’t cut bread. There was no cutting board or basic utensils for cooking. I like to prepare my own meals and that was a challenge at this place. Other than that the home was really quaint

Summary: The property manager communicated very well and was available no matter the time of day to resolve any issues. The inside was very clean and well maintained. The porch could have been a little cleaner. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It would've been nice to know there was a funeral home across the street, but it was ok. We stayed 4th of July weekend and was able to see the fireworks from the porch. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Very nice area. Clean and well kept., period property. The only negative is the electrical is period as well. Significantly lacking in electrical outlets. This would be perfect for a 1940’ film. We enjoyed our stay.
