Positive: The apartment was very spacious with excellent views and in a good location.
Negative: Unfortunately the apartment didnt meet expectations. The second bathroom had a broken shower door and toilet roll holder and lights were not working. Also it was advertised that there was a hair drier, ironing equipment and drying racks which were not there. I also asked the owner for instructions to work the air-conditioning and was told there were none available.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfy
Negative: There were items missing that were listed as available, the most important one for us was a hairdryer - 3 days and 2 of us with long hair, as bike riders we really needed to wash our hair. There was a broken shower door, things hanging off the walls in the bathroom. Dishes, glasses, and utensils were dirty. Some light bulbs were not working. No instructions on how to use Aircon, heating etc. Total lack of response to my questions about missing items. The apartment has a huge potential to be really great but it needs some investment.

Positive: The owner really helped us! The accommodation is gorgeous & so is the location. But the flexibility of the owner is what really set this place apart from the rest. We appreciate it & will definitely be back if we are ever travelling through Switzerland again!
