Positive: Spacious Birdie. Beds comfortable. Well catered kitchen - fridge big enough for 4. Lovely outside space - we were lucky with sunny weather. Onsite golf course - or onsite villas, depending how you see it - was in great condition and wonderful to play. Dogs friendly. Proximity to home (Amsterdam)

Negative: House 56 was a little tired compared to a previous stay. Cracks and scuffs on the walls and tiles missing on outside chimney - similar to many other properties… it surprises me this doesn’t get fixed for all. Noise levels a little too high too late from a couple of houses - not in line with guidelines.

Negative: What I don’t like about the properties you need better mattresses. Those mattresses are so terrible. The pillows are terrible when you come from a long trip you wanna be able to sleep comfortably not tossing and turn because the mattress is so spongy and cheap.

Positive: Location was good , lovely area would highly recommend to Friends & Family

Negative: Could have been better equipped. Each gust only got one bath towel. There were no hand towels , bath mats or table matts to protect table . A toaster & hairdryer would have been useful . All minor that would add to comfort regardless of this I would recommend

Positive: The house itself is amazingly nice, very cosy and nicely furnished rooms, kitchen and leaving area. One of the things i truly enjoyed was the exterior which had seating areas. The house was big and the space was sufficient.

Negative: For the price we had no soap in none of the bathrooms, which was kind of disappointing. The check-in was a pain in the neck, many phone calls, messages with the question "when are you coming?". I later found out that the only purpose was to get the deposit from us in the same day. And speaking of the deposit, kind of disappointing in 2025 properties ask for 800 eur deposit for you stay while booking on booking.com. I honestly had not seen this while booking and only found out at the property. We got our money back but why would it be normal to have this?

Positive: Modern construction and furnishing, good beds and quiet surroundings.

Negative: Some minor maintenance is needed to the house exteriors. The speed bumps in the area are awful! We couldn't charge the car since we don't have a specific card for the charging stations. There is no grill and the oven is very small. One small soap bar for four bathrooms does not work out. The WiFi was really, really bad.
