Positive: A 15-minute walk from the port and bus terminal was the reason we chose this hotel. All staff were friendly and very welcoming. The coffee at breakfast was fantastic, and the food options were good. The complimentary bottles of wine in the room were a bonus, and I loved the seaview from the balcony. The local bus to Dubrovnik old town is very close, and there are many restaurants close by with great food, as pictured in my attached photo. Loved the walk around the waterfront!
Negative: The road where the hotel is located can be busy, and it's tricky to cross it to walk along the only footpath available on the opposite side.

Positive: Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location was perfectly situated close to the port that our boat was leaving from. Breakfast had a nice assortment of breads, juices, meats, cheeses, yogurt and cereals, 2 kinds of eggs, beautiful desserts but the star was the cappuccinos! Their barista was excellent!
Negative: The bath towels were hard and scratchy, which surprised me. I guess I’m used to hotels with soft, fluffy, plush towels.
Summary: We only stayed for one night but Dubrovnik is an amazing city and we wished we had longer to explore

Positive: Conveniently located walking distance from our arrival and departure ferries, and local busses, this very well run hotel gave us a secure comfortable space to explore all that Dubrovnik offers. The onsite breakfast included offered a variety of healthy food choices.
Negative: Too late in the season to enjoy the unheated pool.
