3 Bedroom Cabin in Berkeley Springs

I purchased an entire property across from the state park and have renovated it so people can enjoy the area like I do. In front of the house are little studio apartments I renovated for guest also. The house is perfect location to all the attractions and big enough to enjoy staying in.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The Cacapon state park is directly across the street. Historic Berkeley Springs is 10 minutes away, located near many restaurants and stores near by. House is spacious and has a lot of charm.
I set up the house so you have everything for your stay, cable, super fast wifi internet is provided also.
The backyard is fenced in for your furry friends and a hot tub to relax. A charcoal grill is also provided, a picnic table for enjoying those meals.

Summary: We enjoyed the Spa, local eateries and card games.The lay out of the house and its spacious rooms worked well for three couples. It is close to three other properties, so parking was limited, but no issues with neighbors or noise.

Summary: The accommodation was very large, clean, and comfortable, with laundry and a dishwasher available. Our group had a very pleasant weekend on the whole, but we discovered pretty quickly that the water quality was poor. We went to the nearby Dollar General and bought a few gallons of drinking water, but we wish we had known ahead of time so we could have been better prepared. All in all a great place to stay if you don't mind buying a few jugs of water.

Summary: A nice place to stay so close to the park you feel like your staying in it the house was comfortable and clean with lots of space the pool table and ping pong table are nice additions and the arcade games just finish it off for a family with kids to a group of friends That just want to get away this is a nice place to do it I just wanted to thank MIke for a great stay.

Summary: This place was very spacious, had pool table, ping pong, games, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, got tub in fenced in yard that was convenient for our dogs.Was very nice, close enough to town. We were very impressed with this rental.

Summary: Overall, it was the perfect size and right amenities for our sibling birthday getaway. I couldn’t stay there again though. We picked this place because it had enough room for the 5 of us, pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, and was SUPER close to hiking. All of that we loved and was accurate. The location felt sketchy, with the motel in front of it and what seemed to be an empty trailer that is/was converted to rentals. It ended up being fine, just not what we expected. The house was hard to breathe in at first. It was over powered by air fresheners, and hard to air out because the windows did not have screens. The little chocolates at the entrance table even tasted like the air freshener. The first two knives were pulled out to cut up did for dinner were dirty, so we washed everything before using it. My socks were also very dirty from walking on the floors the first night. I’m not sure what the water system there is, but something was definitely wrong in the main bathroom. The water or the sink smelled terrible when I would run the water to wash my hands. There was also a yellow stain in the sink that kept getting bigger and more yellow over the 3 days we were there. After airing the place out and picking up some disposable plates, cups, and utensils, the rest of the visit was great. We loved the hot tub, the patio, and the HUGE couch for movies. We really loved getting to play pool and ping pong too. Being that close to the park with trails was really cool too!

Summary: Coming from the Pittsburgh area for a girl's spa weekend, we rented this property because it looked quaint and was one of the few properties near Berkeley Springs listed with a hot tub. Upon arrival, it was very disappointing. The property needed better cleaning and various updates to make it a more enjoyable experience. The water was undrinkable, rusty, and smelled like rotten eggs. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth and did not shower on the 2nd day because our hair smelled bad after showering. Upon arrival, the bathtubs and sinks were dirty with hairs and all the windows were left open. There was garbage in the outdoor garbage can that looked like it hadn't been emptied in weeks, and there were dirty towels in the washing machine. The linens and towels were mismatched - not clean, white linens. There is a note upon arrival that the guests are supposed to wash and dry the linens upon check out - I mean what is the cleaning fee for? The curtains were mismatched and did not fit the windows and there were broken blinds all through the house. Some of the jets in the hot tub did not work and it overflowed making it a hazard because the water overflowed near the electrical outlet. There were cigarette butts all around the front entrance. The floors were updated but you couldn't walk on them in your bare feet because they felt gritty and dirty. The neighborhood was awful and felt unsafe. The driveway is shared with other residents with rundown house and trailer and roadside motel. If you are looking for a 5-star experience, this isn't it. The house is in good condition and roomy if it would be cleaned and have some much-needed touches added for a better guest experience and a filtration system for the water. The showers and tubs have unpleasant rust rings.
