Summary: The house was ready early, very clean, and well-stocked with everything you could need. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We appreciated the gifts of the smore ingredients, prosecco and gummy bears! We will definitely be rent again if the occasion arises.

Summary: A friend and I met up in Berkeley Springs for a weekend getaway. Susan's house was a perfect and cozy place for us to relax and catch up and is 5 minutes or less to downtown Berkeley Springs. There is an extensive and informative house binder and many helpful and cheery messages and thoughtful touches throughout the house. There is a coffee/cocoa/smores station and we received a gift of gummy bears and prosecco! The kitchen is well stocked with basic seasonings and baking supplies and seemed to have plenty of pots and pans although we did not end up cooking in. The living room couch and chairs were comfortable for chatting and watching TV. The 3 bedrooms are sizeable and nicely decorated. We slept well in the 2 beds that we used. Susan immediately reached out to check on us upon our arrival and was ready to provide assistance should we need anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: Beyond the Castle is a great location just above the adorable town of Berkeley Springs. We stayed there to visit family and the house was just what we needed. Close to town, close to our family! The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean! Will be looking to stay here again for our next visit to family!
